分析了汽车维修企业面临的巨大变革以及新形势对汽车维修专业技术人才的要求。针对我国汽车维修技术人才现状,提出了通过校企联合培养汽车维修专业人才的方法和措施。
Analyzed the great changes facing the automobile repair enterprises and the requirements of the new situation on the professional and technical personnel of the automobile repair. Aiming at the status quo of automobile maintenance technicians in our country, some methods and measures for training automobile maintenance professionals through school-enterprise cooperation are put forward.
