粉防己碱(Ⅰ)具有钙拮抗作用,通过钠氨还原裂解得苄基异喹啉化合物O-甲基杏黄罂粟碱(Ⅱ)和N-甲基乌药碱(Ⅲ)。体外试验表明,裂解产物钙拮抗作用降低,对大鼠心房有正性肌力作用,并具有较强的α_2-受体拮抗作用。
Tetrandrine (I) has a calcium antagonistic effect, and the benzylisoquinoline compound O-methyl alpfulipin (Ⅱ) and N-methylcamptothecin (Ⅲ) are cleaved by sodium ammonia reduction. In vitro experiments showed that the lysate of calcium reduced the role of rat atrial inotropic effect, and has a strong α 2 -receptors antagonism.
