从天津市房改办获悉,自4月3日起,职工购房在办理一次性支取住房公积金储存余额,或用住房公积金偿还贷款时有新规定。原“购房合同或协议签订之日起、建造或大修自有住房被批准之日起半年内,一次办理支取手续”的规定也同时被取消。 调整后的规定为:职工购买、建造、大修自有住房和置换公有住房,如没有申请住房公积金贷款的,在办理一次性支取住房公积金储存余额时,不再受半年内支取的时间限制。职工可支取购房合同或协议签订当月之前(含当月)或建造、大修自有住房被批准当月之前(含当月)的住房公积金余额,而对购房合同或协议签订日期之后缴存的住房公积金则不能支取。4月3日前职工购买、建造、大修自有住房和置换公房尚未办理住房公积金支取的,可按调整后的政策办理支取手续。对以前因购房合同或协议超过半年而未能支取住房公积金的职工,现在也可支取住房公积金。
