研究通过对103名中医药专业人才的有效调查,了解了中医药专业人才的外语水平现状及其对医学外语培训的需求情况。调查结果显示,高学历的中青年人员(30~50岁)是目前从事中医药国际交流活动的主力军,但他们参与国际交流活动的机会有限,外语整体水平偏低,难以满足当前国际交流活动的需求。参加调查的人员对医学外语听说需求最高,而对医学外语词汇、学术外语写作、医学外语翻译以及医学外语文献阅读的需求因人而异、各有侧重。研究提示,开展外语听说能力培训是高等中医药院校国际化进程中的重要内容。
Through the effective investigation of 103 Chinese medicine professionals, the study learned about the current situation of foreign language proficiency of Chinese medicine professionals and their demand for medical foreign language training. The survey results show that highly educated young and middle-aged staff (30-50 years old) are the main force engaged in the international exchange activities of traditional Chinese medicine. However, their chances of participating in international exchange activities are limited. The overall level of foreign languages is too low to meet current international exchange activities The demand. The surveyed personnel have the highest demand for medical foreign languages, but the demands for medical foreign language vocabulary, academic foreign language writing, medical foreign language translation and medical foreign language literature reading vary from person to person. The research suggests that carrying out foreign language listening and speaking ability training is an important part in the process of internationalization of TCM colleges and universities.
