目的:建立测定芍连胃乐片中芍药苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:芍药苷含量测定采用C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(15:85),检测波长为230 nm。盐酸小檗碱含量测定采用C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:0.033 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(32:68),检测波长为265 nm。结果:芍药苷在3.0~48.3μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.5%;盐酸小檗碱在1.0~16.4μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.0%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin and berberine hydrochloride in Qilianlianwei tablets. Methods: The content of paeoniflorin was determined by C 18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile: 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (15:85), and the detection wavelength was 230°C. Nm. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined using C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile: 0.033 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (32:68). The detection wavelength was 265. Nm. Results: There was a good linearity in the range of 3.0~48.3μg·ml -1 (r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 98.1% and the RSD was 0.5%. The berberine hydrochloride was 1.0~16.4μg. The linear range of ml~(-1) was good (r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable and accurate.
