当程序正义和实质正义发生矛盾时,律师既不是圣人,也不应当是小人,律师所应当做的就是通过法定的程序去实现维护好法律程序的价值。
When there is a contradiction between procedural justice and substantive justice, the lawyer is neither a saint nor a villain. What lawyers should do is to realize the value of legal proceedings through legal procedures.
