开展知识服务是当前档案管理部门的工作需要,但是目前对档案管理的知识服务主要侧重于知识管理开发方面,即便如此,开展知识服务这一问题的讨论仍处于理论探索阶段。文章选取了档案管理流程重组、档案知识库的建立、知识服务开展的工具环境,知识服务带来的变革等方面作为切入点展开分析,以期有益于档案部门适应在知识经济时代发展的要求。
Carrying out knowledge service is the current need of archives management department. However, the current knowledge management of archives management mainly focuses on the development of knowledge management. However, the discussion on the issue of knowledge service is still in the stage of theoretical exploration. The article chooses the reorganization of file management process, the establishment of file knowledge base, the tool environment of knowledge service and the change brought by knowledge service, and then analyzes them in order to benefit the archives department to adapt to the requirements of the development in knowledge-based economy.
