为了探究地方政府在兼顾经济增长、环境保护与产业升级中如何科学引导企业投资区位选择,构建了基于地区关于资源禀赋、环境规制与财政支持博弈的企业投资区位选择模型,分析了在地区招商引资博弈中的企业投资区位选择机制。在此基础上实证检验了地区博弈中的环境规制、要素禀赋、产业集聚、政府财税等因素对我国企业投资区位选择的影响作用。从规范环境规制、优化投资环境、鼓励企业投资高端环节和完善公共配套服务体系等方面提出了优化企业投资区位选择机制的对策建议。
In order to explore how the local government scientifically guide the location choice of enterprises in the consideration of economic growth, environmental protection and industrial upgrading, a regional investment selection model based on the regional game of resource endowments, environmental regulation and financial support is constructed. The Location Choice Mechanism of Business Investment in Games. On the basis of this, we empirically test the impact of environmental regulation, factor endowments, industrial agglomeration, government finance and taxation on the choice of location of investment in our country. From the aspects of regulating environmental regulation, optimizing investment environment, encouraging enterprises to invest in high-end links and improving public supporting service system, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the mechanism of location selection for enterprise investment.
