利用6个品种按Griffing Ⅱ分析了不同生长阶段籽粒灌浆持续时间、灌浆速率和干物质积累的杂种优势和配合力表现.结果表明,同一组合不同生长阶段灌浆持续期、灌浆速率和干物质积累量的杂种优势、特殊配合力在大小和方向上存在明显差异;同一品种不同生长阶段灌浆持续期、灌浆速率和干物质积累量的一般配合力效应值、特殊配合力方差在大小和性质上不同;不同生长阶段配合力方差的构成是动态变化的;特殊配合力是形成杂种优势的直接主要原因,一般配合力对杂种优势的形成也有重要作用,但因生长阶段、灌浆特性不同而异.
Griffing Ⅱ was used to analyze the performance of combining heterosis and combining ability of grain filling duration, filling rate and dry matter accumulation in different growth stages using six varieties.The results showed that the duration of filling, filling rate and dry matter accumulation There was a significant difference in size and direction between heterosis and special combining ability. The general combining ability effect and special combining ability variance of duration, filling rate and dry matter accumulation of different growth stages of the same variety were different in size and nature. The composition of the variance of the combining ability in different growth stages is dynamic. The special combining ability is the direct and main reason for the formation of the heterosis.
