目的通过临床会诊谈临床药师与临床用药的体会。方法通过对左氧氟沙星注射液在临床出现的严重不良反应,要告知医生和患者可能存在的潜在风险,避免严重的不良反应发生。结果临床药的回诊意见和建意临床医师采纳。结论临床药师参与临床用药势在必行,需要得到临床的配合和信任。
Objective To discuss the experience of clinical pharmacists and clinical medication through clinical consultation. Methods By levofloxacin injection clinical serious adverse reactions, doctors and patients should be informed of the potential risks and possible to avoid serious adverse reactions. The results of the clinical evaluation of clinical medicine and recommendations for clinicians to adopt. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists involved in clinical medication is imperative, need to get clinical cooperation and trust.
