我院儿科哮喘门诊自1979年用灭活卡介苗配合中药(简称死卡组)治疗顽固性支气管哮喘患儿,以现行的综合疗法(简称对照组)作为对照,结果死卡组加速控制哮喘症状(平均死卡组2个月,对照组1年),复发率低(死卡组2/33 6.1%,对照组8/33 24.2%),远期疗效高(控制率死卡组19/33 58%,对照组10/33 30%,总有效率死卡组30/33 91%,对照组21/3364%)。我们认为如何更好地发挥中西医药的长处,从改变患儿体质和变态反应性着手探索根治哮喘是较有前途的方法之一。
