第一部分不发达的探讨研究经济不发达问题,首先应探讨其原因何在,这是思维逻辑的一般起点。(一)发展经济学的启示发展经济学原理告诉我们,任何一个区域经济的增长都是它的自然资源、资本和人力资源的函数,或者说,经济增长依赖于这几种要素的供给。既然如此,那么,不发达地区经济增长缓慢的原因是否象有些经济学家所说的那样,是由于构成经济增长的要素中某些要素的缺乏(供给不足)所造成的
The first part of the underdeveloped study to study the issue of economic underdevelopment, we should first explore the reasons for why, this is the logical starting point of thinking. 3.1 Enlightenment from Economic Development The principle of economic development tells us that the growth of any one regional economy is a function of its natural resources, capital and human resources. Or, the economic growth depends on the supply of these elements. In that case, then, are the reasons for the slow economic growth in the underdeveloped regions, as some economists put it, as a result of a lack of (under-supplied) elements of the elements that make up the economy?
