开放大学在我国教育发展史上有着重要地位,与电大相比,开放大学在办学条件、办学实力、管理体制、运行体制等方面都有着明显的优势。随着市场经济的发展及电大教育体系的改革,县级电大在社会教育体系中的重要性也越来越突出。因此,县级电大必须进行转型和改革,才能适应社会大众对教育的需求。本文从县级电大与开放大学的对比中,分析了县级电大在办学条件、办学实力、管理体制、运行体制等方面的不足,并提出了相应的解决策略,浅淡拙见,以为探讨。
Open universities have an important position in the history of education in our country. Compared with TV University, Open University has obvious advantages in terms of schooling conditions, management ability, management system and operation system. With the development of market economy and the reform of TVU education system, the importance of county TVU in social education system has become more and more prominent. Therefore, the county TVU must carry out transformation and reform in order to meet the public education needs. Based on the comparison between county TVU and Open University, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of county TVU in terms of schooling conditions, school running ability, management system and operation system, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
