一、学习毛主席著作,使我树立了全心全意为伤病员服务的思想1951～1954年,我在幼儿园工作。当时是为了挣钱维持生活,抱着雇佣观点参加工作的,所以不问工作是否受损失,一有私事就请假。结婚之后,生了小孩,算算工资只够雇保姆用的,干脆就退职当家属了。1956年,我已经有了两个小孩,家庭经济负担重了,就又抱着劳动挣钱的雇佣观点,在302医院当了护理员。初期工作还肯努力,总想在定级时评得高一些。这个时期我的人生观就是“凭劳动挣钱,凭良心办事”。由于我毕竟还是劳动人民出身,还保持了劳动人民勤劳吃苦的作风,在领导和同志们的帮助下也作出了一些成绩,所以1959年领
I. Studying Chairman Mao’s writings helped me establish an idea of serving the wounded and sick people wholeheartedly. From 1951 to 1954, I worked in kindergarten. At that time, it was for the sake of earning money to maintain life and took jobs from the point of view of employment.
