目的 观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效.方法 治疗组 47例应用以通心络 A3 胶囊 (每次 4粒 ,每日 3次 )口服与刺五加注射液静脉点滴 ( 4 0~ 60 ml,每日 1次 )为主的中西医结合疗法 ;对照组 2 6例采用西医常规疗法.结果 总有效率治疗组 87.2%,对照组 65.4%,2组比较差异显著 ( P“,”Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on congestive heart failure .Methods Seventy three patients suffering from congestive heart failure, were randomly divided into two groups: in treated group (n=47) Tongxinluo A 3 Capsule was orally taken at 4 pills once three times a day and Ciwujia Injection of 40 60 ml was intravenously infused once a day; in control group(n=26) the Western routine therapy was taken, with the therapeutic courseof 10 15 d. Results The overall effective rate was sifnificantly higher in treated group(87.2%) than that in control group(65.4%) (P<0.05).Conclusions The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine mentioned above is effective for the congestive heart failure.
