肖敦余1958年毕业于天津大学建筑系。天津大学建筑学院教授,天津美术家协会会员。曾任天津大学建筑系系主任,天津大学城市规划院院长,中国建筑学会理事,天津城市规划学会理事,河北省石家庄市副市长。曾出版和发表《小城镇规划与景观构成》《社区规划与设计》《境由心生——肖敦余铅笔画艺术》等多部著作和文章。美术作品:《肖敦余铅笔画艺术:境由心生》《山水情怀》《彩墨形意》等。
Xiao Dun Yu graduated from the Department of Architecture of Tianjin University in 1958. Tianjin University, Professor of Architecture, Tianjin Artists Association. He used to be Director of Department of Architecture of Tianjin University, Dean of Urban Planning Institute of Tianjin University, Director of China Architecture Society, Director of Tianjin Institute of Urban Planning, Deputy Mayor of Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province. Has published and published “small town planning and landscape composition,” “community planning and design,” “from heart to heart - Shaw Dun pencil pencil art” and many other works and articles. Art Works: “Xiao Dun Yu Pencil Art: Habitat by Heart” “Landscape Feelings” “Colored Ink Form” and so on.
