1机械性能钛熔点1688℃,相变点温度885℃,相变温度以下为密排六方晶格的α相,相变温度以上为体心立方晶格的β相。比重4.54,为钢的60%左右,纵弹性系数10850~(Kg)/mm(2),是钢的1/2左右。钛及钛合金在极低温和高温下能进行显著的锯齿状变形。根据这样的特征,把钛合金的性能按其显微组织分为α相、α+β相及β相,并叙述温度对拉伸性能的影响。(1)钛合金的热处理
