典型的心电图图形一般诊断并不困难。但临床工作中常遇到本质完全不同的心脏疾病,可描记到相类似的心电图图形。也就是说,同一疾病可有不同类型的心电图变化,而不同疾病可有相似的心电图改变,这就给心电图诊断带来一定的困难。因此,在分析比较复杂的心电图时,要结合病史、年龄、性别等临床资料进行,抓住主要特点,加以鉴别,才能作出正确的诊断。为此,将常见的心电图鉴别诊断介绍于下:
