我院于1982年9月起应用高铁溶液指导晚期血吸虫病(简称晚血)食道胃底静脉曲张破裂并发上消化道大出血108例,现小结如下。 (一) 一般资料男性53例,女55例,年龄29～79岁,平均年龄53.6岁。晚血巨脾型28例。腹水型27例,巨脾术后53例。其中夹杂混合性肝硬化者26例。均有血吸虫病治疗史。初次出血者17例,其余均有反复呕
Our hospital in September 1982 since the application of high-speed rail solution of advanced schistosomiasis (referred to as late blood) esophageal varices complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 108 cases, are summarized as follows. (A) General Information 53 males and 55 females, aged 29 to 79 years old, with an average age of 53.6 years old. 28 cases of blood splenomegaly. 27 cases of ascites, 53 cases of splenomegaly. Inclusion of mixed cirrhosis in 26 cases. Have history of schistosomiasis treatment. 17 cases of the first bleeding, the rest were vomiting
