本文阐述了现代煤化工配套的空分装置容量的确定及选择,文中说明了煤化工型空分的“三化”特点:即特大型化;流程多样化;机组的集成化。剖析了煤化工工艺对空分设计、制造以及运行方面的要求。在安全可靠、节能、低投资、快速启动、变负荷等方面提出了几点建议,以供参考。
This paper describes the determination and selection of the capacity of air separation plant in modern coal chemical industry. The paper explains the characteristics of “three chemical” of coal chemical plant air separation: the oversize, the diversification of processes and the integration of aircrew. The requirements of coal chemical industry on air separation design, manufacture and operation are analyzed. In the safe, reliable, energy saving, low investment, quick start, variable load, etc. made a few suggestions for reference.
