高职院校的定位要求其重视学生职业素质的培养。分析高职院校职业培养现状发现,对学生职业素质的培养存在着种种问题。本文在归纳职业素质内涵的基础上,分析了高职院校职业素质培养中存在的问题,最终提出了对应策略。
The orientation of higher vocational colleges requires that they attach importance to the cultivation of students’ professional qualities. Analysis of the current situation of vocational training in vocational colleges found that there are various problems in the cultivation of students’ professional qualities. On the basis of summarizing the connotation of professional quality, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of vocational qualities in higher vocational colleges and finally puts forward corresponding strategies.
