“回锅肉”,食客们并不陌生。也许是笔者孤陋寡闻,尚未得悉它被列入中国名菜之林。“回锅肉”,顾名思义,即煮熟之肉加以配菜、佐料再次翻炒。虽然“肉”失去了原汁原味,但在操作上毕竟省力省时,作为大众化菜肴之一,还是很受欢迎的。然而奇怪的是,新闻报道中也不乏“回锅肉现象”。比如,有人压根儿没去参加某个会议,却根据几个领导的讲话进行一番制作:某某领导在会上怎么说,某某领导在会上又怎么强调,与会人员又如何热烈讨论,穿靴戴帽,如此这般,写得活灵活现,煞有介事。更加滑稽且具有讽刺意味的是,在文前或文末,总不忘堂堂正正地署上本报(刊)记者某某某的大名。这种“遥控写作法”,使不知底细的读者如坠五里雾中。又比如,有的编辑将一些作者的来稿或别人已经见诸报刊的一些文章中的
