1临床资料患者女,27岁。自服有机磷农药甲拌磷(3911)后昏迷16h送入院。患者既往体健,否认药物过敏史。入院查体:口吐白沫,双上肢抽搐,大汗淋漓,口鼻多量分泌物,呼吸困难,大小便失禁,T:40℃,P131次/min,R20次/min,BP130/70mmHg,瞳孔等大等圆,光反射迟钝,HR131次/min,心律齐,双肺呼吸音正常,未闻及干湿性罗音,浅表淋巴结未触及。入院诊断:急性有机磷农药重度中毒,中间期肌无力综合征,呼吸衰竭。实验室检
