佘淑兰撰文认为:当前,在干部工作中,存在着一些不正之风,其主要表现:一是论资排辈;二是任人唯亲;三是拉帮结派。这些不正之风严重干扰着党的干部工作,破坏了党风和社会风气,影响了党的事业和党的形象。因此,必须下大力并通过有效的途径加以解决。一是必须坚持干部“四化”方针和德才兼备的标准。要把那些认真坚持党的基本路线,政治坚定,对党忠诚,思想品质好,敢于坚持原则,自觉维护党和国家利益,有组织领导能力,熟悉本职业务,勤奋工作,政绩突出,全心全意为人民服务的同志选进领
