1986年在我国甘肃省首次应用了线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)作为一度坝高为41m坝的防渗斜墙,该防渗斜墙由三层厚0.2mm的LLDPE薄膜和上下各两层垫层和砂砾过渡层(每层厚20cm)组成,斜墙将LLDPE薄膜嵌入混凝土齿槽与两岸坝肩及基础连接,该坝已安全运行四年,情况良好,运行实践证明,线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜用于防渗斜墙具有投资省、工期短、防渗性好。施工简易、能适应坝面变形等优点。这种斜墙可应用于坝高100m左右的土石坝,寿命在50年以上,且翻修方便。
In 1986, LDPE was first applied in Gansu Province of our country as a seepage-proof inclined wall with a dam height of 41m. The seepage-proof inclined wall consists of three layers of LLDPE film with a thickness of 0.2mm and two upper and lower two- Layer and gravel transition layer (each layer is 20cm thick). The inclined wall embedded LLDPE film into the concrete gullet and connected with the abutments and foundations of both banks. The dam has been operating safely for four years and is in good condition. Practice has proved that linear low-density polyethylene Diaphragm used for impermeable wall with investment, short construction period, good impermeability. Simple construction, can adapt to the advantages of dam deformation. This inclined wall can be applied to earth dam with a dam height of about 100m, with a service life of more than 50 years and convenient renovation.
