南芬露天矿自1986年引进美国埃利克混装炸药技术以来,乳化炸药工艺和配方一直没有改变,部分乳化炸药车使用年限达19年之久,车况明显老化,导致炸药性能下降,致使多个水孔爆区出现大面积拒爆或局部拒爆,给矿山生产带来巨大的经济损失。针对乳化炸药存在的问题,从使用新配方乳化剂、恰当选择油相材料和降低析晶点等几个方面出发有效控制炸药的稳定性,提高炸药性能,进而保证了爆破质量,提高了矿山的综合经济效益。
