核燃料后处理铀产品中对钚的控制要求严格,铀产品中钚的分析是产品质量控制的关键环节。然而,核燃料后处理铀产品中钚的含量很低,低于7.2×10-9g/gU,分析难度大。原有的放射性分析方法存在取样量大、耗时长的不足。近年发展起来的质谱技术,取样量小、灵敏度高、分析速度快、检测限低。因此,建立质谱法分析铀产品中钚的方法具有重要意义。
