锰是一种自然界广泛存在的金属元素,是人体必需的微量元素,被大量应用于农业、工业生产中。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,锰具有雄性生殖毒性,表现为损害睾丸组织,降低精子数量及活力,诱导生殖细胞凋亡,改变酶活性,干扰生殖激素水平等。本文综述锰的暴露途径、锰对雄性生殖系统的影响及毒性机制,建议根据锰诱导生殖细胞凋亡展开通路相关机制研究,为锰的雄性生殖损伤防治提供依据。
Manganese is a kind of metal element widely existing in nature and is an essential trace element for the human body. It is widely used in agriculture and industrial production. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that manganese has a male reproductive toxicity, manifested as damage to testicular tissue, reduce sperm count and vitality, induce germ cell apoptosis, alter enzyme activity, interfere with reproductive hormone levels. This paper reviews the exposure of manganese, the effect of manganese on the male reproductive system and its toxicity mechanism. It is suggested that the pathways related to manganese-induced germ cell apoptosis may be explored to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of manganese male reproductive injury.
