本文用75—17,张亚1号,宁亚10号,天亚2号,681—3—3和77134—269,瑞士红7个胡麻品种(系)作亲本,采用完全双列杂交法(包括正反交和自交)49个组合,对胡麻含油率的配合力进行了初步分析。配合力方差分析表明:一般配合力和特殊配合力分别达11%和5%的显著水准,说明胡麻食油率的遗传受加性和非加性基因的共同作用,但加性基因效应是主要的。7个亲本当中,高油含量的张亚1号、75—17品种(系)的一般配合力效应居第一、第二位,低含油量的瑞士红和77134—2(?)一般配合力效应居末一、二位。特殊配合力效应值高的组合多数有一个一般配合力较高的亲本。含油率数值高(40%以上)的组合,至少含有一个含油率一般配合力高的亲本。
In this study, seven flax varieties (lines) 75-17, Zhang Ya 1, Ningya 10, Tianyao 2, 681-3-3 and 77134-269 and Swiss red were used as parents, Including reciprocal reciprocal and selfing) 49 combinations of oil content of flax with the preliminary analysis of the combining ability.
