民族语言的形成是民族整化的结果。语言是人类最重要的交际工具,是保证社会交互作用最重要的符号系统,它是以语音为物质外壳,以词汇为建筑材料,以语法为结构规律而构成的体系。了解和掌握民族语言的系统性和民族性,对于我们学习语言或从事翻译工作都很有意义。
The formation of national language is the result of national reorganization. Language is the most important communication tool of mankind and the most important symbolic system to ensure the social interaction. It is a system composed of phonetic matter shell, vocabulary as building material and grammar as structural law. Understanding and mastering the systematicness and nationality of national languages is of great significance for us to learn languages or to carry out translation work.
