通过激光淬火实验及理论分析,提出了相变应变的数学新模型,给出了考虑相变及变物性系数的热弹塑性本构方程,进行了激光淬火热应力的理论分析和数值计算,该计算方法对激光热处理工艺提供了理论依据和有效手段。
A new mathematic model of phase transformation strain was proposed by laser quenching experiment and theoretical analysis. The thermo-elasto-plastic constitutive equation considering phase transformation and variation coefficient was given, and the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of laser quenching thermal stress were carried out. The calculation method provides a theoretical basis and effective means for the laser heat treatment process.
