目的研究分析额筛区与额窦高度气化之间相关性的影像解剖学。方法回顾性分析100例患者200侧的鼻窦CT,在冠状位上测量眶板垂直切线与前颅底交点,此点与中鼻甲骨质筛板附着点的连线与水平线的夹角、眶板垂直切线与中鼻甲骨质筛板附着点之间的水平距离。结果眶板垂直切线与前颅底交点,此点与中鼻甲骨质筛板附着点的连线与水平线的夹角在嗅凹深度≤3mm的角度是(34.52±5.09)°;在嗅凹深度4~7mm的角度是(42.80±6.19)°;在嗅凹深度≥8mm的角度是(52.80±4.89)°。眶板垂直切线与中鼻甲骨质筛板附着点之间的水平距离左侧(10.12±1.44)mm、右侧(11.18±1.45)mm。结论额窦高度气化与眶板垂直切线与前颅底交点,这点与中鼻甲骨质筛板附着点的连线与水平线夹角的大小有关,这个夹角越大额窦高度气化发生的几率越大、同时嗅凹也较深。
Objective To study the image anatomy of the correlation between frontal sinuses and frontal sinus height vaporization. Conclusion The frontal sinus gasification and the vertical tangent of the orbital plate intersects with the anterior skull base. The connection between this point and the attachment point of the middle turbinate bone plate is related to the angle between horizontal lines.
