人力资源管理中的激励机制是员工激励的重要的手段,是推动现代企业向前发展的强有力的管理运营制度。特别是对于国有企业的管理,随着国有企业改革的进行,在进行国有企业管理的时候,管理者逐渐认识到人力资源管理中激励制度的重要性。基于此,主要从人力资源管理激励机制的重要意义着手,结合激励制度中存在的问题,分析其在国有企业人力资源管理制度中的应用。
Incentive mechanism in human resource management is an important means of employee motivation, is to promote the development of modern enterprises a strong management system. Especially for the management of state-owned enterprises, along with the reform of state-owned enterprises, when managers of state-owned enterprises are being carried out, managers are gradually realizing the importance of the incentive system in human resources management. Based on this, we start with the significance of human resource management incentive mechanism and analyze the problems in the incentive system, and analyze its application in the human resource management system of state-owned enterprises.
