目的探讨复合树脂高强纤维(GFRCR)对牙周病伴牙列缺损患者的临床应用价值。方法选取96例(116颗患牙)轻中度牙周病伴牙列缺损患者,均予以GFRCR治疗。对比患者治疗前(T0)、治疗后1个月(T1)、6个月(T2)牙周情况及牙菌斑控制效果。结果 T1~T2时,受试者116颗患牙的BI[(1.4±0.2)、(1.4±0.3)]、PD[(2.4±0.4)mm、(2.3±0.5)mm]、AL[(3.5±0.4)mm、(3.4±0.4)mm]等牙周指标均较T0时显著降低,Ⅱ~Ⅲ度松动率(8.6%、6.9%)也较T0时显著降低,PLI检查结果[(3.0±0.3)、(2.9±0.2)]则较T0时显著提升(P<0.05),且T1、T2时各指标检测结果对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T1、T2时,96例受试者患牙美观度、咀嚼功能及发音功能满意度对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对牙周病伴牙列缺损的患者予以GFRCR疗法,不仅可有效改善其牙周健康状态,还能显著提升牙列缺损的修复效果,于患者预后提升有利。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of composite resin high-strength fiber (GFRCR) in patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect. Methods Ninety - six patients (116 teeth) with mild to moderate periodontal disease and dentition defect were selected and treated with GFRCR. The patients’ periodontal status and plaque control effect were compared before treatment (T0), one month after treatment (T1), six months (T2). Results At T1 ~ T2, BI [(1.4 ± 0.2), (1.4 ± 0.3)], PD [(2.4 ± 0.4) mm, (2.3 ± 0.5) mm] ± 0.4 mm, 3.4 ± 0.4 mm, respectively) were significantly lower than those at T0, and the loosening rates of Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degrees (8.6%, 6.9% 0.3), (2.9 ± 0.2)] were significantly higher than those at T0 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between T1 and T2 (P> 0.05). At T1 and T2, there were no significant differences in the aesthetic degree, masticatory function and pronunciation function satisfaction of 96 subjects (P> 0.05). Conclusion GFRCR therapy in patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect can not only effectively improve their periodontal health status, but also significantly improve the repair effect of dentition defect, which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
