当前我国多晶硅市场持续受到美国、韩国和德国的低价多晶硅冲击,市场价格持续下滑。2014年8月14日商务部和海关总署发布《关于暂停太阳能级多晶硅加工贸易进口的公告》(以下简称“58号文件”),公告声明,我国暂停受理太阳能级多晶硅加工贸易进口业务申请,但考虑到下游企业的发展,决定并给予加工贸易一年的延缓期。目前,延缓期限即将到期,“58号文件”亟待严格执行。
