所谓结果长青,不是一个企业提供的产品和服务,而是结果长青的领导风格有个故事,一个人某天去散步,偶遇三个工人在工地砌砖。他便走向第一个工人,问道:“你做什么呢?”那个人回答道:“关你什么事,你瞎了还是怎么了,没看到我正在干什么呢!”
The so-called long-lasting result is not a product and service provided by a company. It is a result of the ever-changing leadership style. A person goes for a walk one day and encounters three workers at the site. He went to the first worker and asked: “What do you do?” The man replied: “What’s the matter with you? What’s wrong with you? Didn’t see what I was doing!”
