正值世界高速铁路蓬勃发展之时,我国的高速铁路建设也已从纸上谈兵转移到了起步阶段——修建广深160km/h 准高速铁路。我国地域辽阔,人口众多,铁路作为综合交通系统的骨干,运能与运量的矛盾日趋尖锐,并且已严重不适应改革开放之后国民经济发展及人民生活水平提高对铁路运输的迫切需要。修建高速铁路无疑对经济腾飞、国门开放的我国尤为重要。虽然我国高速铁路发展还有很长的路要走,但广深准高速铁路的修建是我国铁路向高速、扩能方向迈出的重要一步。准高速铁路在技术方案选定、施工方法、运输组织等方面攻克难关的实践,将成为今后我国发展高速铁路的宝贵经验。本刊开辟此专栏,愿及时为广大读者提供我国第一条准高速铁路建设的实际进展和最新信息。
At a time when the world’s high-speed railway is booming, the construction of high-speed railways in our country has also shifted from a bare bones to a start-up stage - the construction of a 160 km / h quasi-high-speed railway at Guangzhou-Shenzhen. China has a vast territory and a large population. As a backbone of the integrated transport system, the railways have become increasingly contradictory between transport capacity and transport capacity. They have become seriously ill-suited to the urgent need for railway transport due to the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard after the reform and opening up. The construction of high-speed railway will undoubtedly be particularly important for our country, which is taking off economically and opening up to the outside world. Although the development of high-speed railway in our country still has a long way to go, the construction of the quasi-high-speed railway in Guangzhou and Shenzhen is an important step toward the high-speed and expansion of China’s railway. The practice of quasi-high-speed railway in overcoming difficulties in the selection of technical solutions, construction methods and transport organization will become a valuable experience for developing high-speed railway in our country in the future.
