Li Yuchuan is a project manager of Tianjin Branch of Beijing Railway Construction Group. His seventh project department has two major characteristics. One is that 90% of young people are in their early 30s, and the other is specialized in the construction of highway-cum-railway overpass in Beijing’s expressway market.
