本文以当前我国出现的民工返乡潮为切入点,通过对农民工返乡的原因以及所产生的影响进行理性的分析,跳出农民工领域就整个就业市场找出解决问题的长效性对策。
Based on the present situation of migrant workers in our country, this paper analyzes the causes of the migrant workers returning home and the impact of the migrant workers' rationality, and then jump out of the field of migrant workers to find a long-term solution to the problem of the entire employment market.
