扼要介绍了金属配合物的概念及其在机体中的作用,胶原蛋白的结构特点。综述了铬、铁、锌、钛等若干金属配合物与胶原反应性能的研究,重点介绍了锆-铝-钛、锆-铝等多金属配合物与胶原相互作用的机理,同时展望了金属配合物修饰胶原的的应用前景以及提出了作为研究人员我们应该努力的方向。
Briefly introduced the concept of metal complexes and their role in the body, the structural characteristics of collagen. The research on the reaction of some metal complexes such as chromium, iron, zinc and titanium with collagen was reviewed. The mechanism of interaction between collagen and collagen was discussed. The interaction between metal complexes such as zirconium - aluminum - titanium, zirconium - aluminum and collagen was also discussed. Application of modified collagen as a prospect as well as the direction we should work as a researcher.
