为探讨运动条件下血浆内皮素与心血管功能的变化 ,采用放射免疫法对 3 0名少年运动员在 10 0W恒定负荷运动条件下的血浆内皮素含量进行了动态测定 ,并对部分心血管功能指标进行了监测。结果表明 :运动 15分钟和3 0分钟后即刻 ,血浆内皮素较安静状态分别上升 11% (p >0 0 5 )、15 % (p <0 0 1) ;运动 3 0分钟后即刻 ,心血管功能指标明显上升 (均为p <0 0 0 1)。与对照组相比 ,血浆内皮素无显著差异 (p >0 0 5 )。提示 :血浆内皮素释放显著增加具有时限性 ,中等强度的耐力运动可促其释放显著增加。
