输油管道在服役过程中,由于相邻公路扩建工程施工,使管道管壁产生大量凹陷,给管道的安全运行带来了事故隐患。基于这种缺陷类型,采用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件和MPC/PRIFIS在役压力容器、管道适用性评价软件对管道安全性进行了计算评估。评估结果表明,在设计工作压力下管道凹陷部位仍有较大的安全裕度,但由于凹陷部位的应力集中,允许存在的临界裂纹型缺陷尺寸很小。为保证管道安全运行,需有效遏制凹陷部位裂纹型缺陷的产生。
Oil pipeline in service process, due to the construction of adjacent highway expansion project, so that a large number of pipe wall depression, resulting in the safe operation of the pipeline has caused the accident risks. Based on this type of defect, pipe safety was calculated and evaluated using MSC / NASTRAN finite element analysis software and MPC / PRIFIS in-service pressure vessel, pipe suitability evaluation software. The results of the assessment show that there is still a large margin of safety for the pipe under the design pressure, but the critical crack size allowed to exist due to the stress concentration in the sag is very small. In order to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline, it is necessary to effectively curb the occurrence of crack-type defects in the recessed parts.
