夏维虹学习型组织研究员、培训师。长期从事学习型组织管理理论的研究与咨询服务实践工作,为创建具有中国特色的学习型组织的管理模式,进行了大量的理论研究与实践探索,为企业和各种类型组织进行了培训和咨询服务。现任浦发银行闸北支行、上海中港疏浚股份有限公司和山东潍坊市政府创建学习型组织的项目负责人,设计了符合企业特点的创建学习型组织的总体方案和实施计划,并参与了方案的实施。曾为上海浦发银行、二汽集团、安徽电力、上海市劳教局、山东筑港总公司、中国银行山东省分行、中国银行河北省分行、建设银行、工商银行、农业银行、上海浦东人才交流中心、海尔国际培训中心、青岛海关、流亭机场、青岛港、海信广场、青啤集团、青岛骨伤医院、烟台张峪、青岛国税局、青岛地税局、青岛卫生局、青岛邮政局、青岛移动通信、天鹰集团、平煤集团、许继集团、济南铁路局等近百家企业进行咨询、培训服务。参与编著《学习型组织理论与实践案例》、《创建中国特色的学习型社会》、《从低谷走向辉煌——莱钢股份炼钢厂创建学习型企业纪实》等著作,现正在编著《中国学习型组
