在本市的一次流感流行中,共分离到流感病毒11株,其中甲1型6株,甲3型5株,病毒分离率为73.3%。病人双份血清抗体测定的结果,印证了病毒分离结果的可靠性。阐明了本次流行系是甲1和甲3两种流感病毒所致的混合流行。通过对新分离流感毒株抗原性分析的结果证明,甲1型流感病毒至今尚无明显的变异,可是甲3型流感已有了很大的改变,并结合人群抗体测定结果,推测甲1型流感病毒将不会再不会酿成较大的流行,而甲3型将成为今后主要的祸害。
In a flu epidemic in the city, a total of 11 strains of influenza viruses were isolated, of which 6 strains were type A and 5 strains were type A and 3 with a virus isolation rate of 73.3%.
