本文报道了用一阶导数紫外光谱法测定三妙丸中小檗碱的含量．用标准曲线法定量，线性范围为０～１０μｇ，回收率为９９．７％，相对标准偏差为０．７ｌ％．
This paper reports the determination of berberine in San Miaowan by first derivative UV spectrophotometry. The standard curve was used for the quantitative analysis. The linear range was 0 ~ 10μg, the recovery was 99.7% and the relative standard deviation was 0.7l%.
