超声内镜(EUS)是胃癌术前分期的最佳办法,T 分期和N分期的准确性约为78％和70％。本研究的目的是评估EUS检测腹水的准确性及胃癌术前分期中对腹膜转移的预测和价值。
EUS is the best method for preoperative staging of gastric cancer, and the accuracy of T staging and N staging is about 78% and 70%. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of EUS in detecting ascites and the prediction and value of peritoneal metastasis in preoperative staging of gastric cancer.
