目的了解安徽省长江沿岸地区乙脑媒介三带喙库蚊抗性现状,为该蚊种的防治乃至疾病防控提供依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定其对常用杀虫剂的LC50及其95%置信限,比较其抗药性程度。结果测试的5个种群对溴氰菊酯均表现出不同程度的抗性,其中铜陵地区抗性最高,为9.05倍;对氯菊酯只有马鞍山和池州种群表现为低抗,池州种群抗性倍数为4.4倍;对高效氯氰菊酯铜陵、池州和安庆均表现抗性,安庆种群最高,为19倍。马鞍山、芜湖、池州和安庆种群对残杀威的LC50值为铜陵种群的134.7、50.9、107.6、256.2倍,对残杀威均表现出高抗性。结论安徽长江沿岸地区三带喙库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂大多存在一定程度的抗性,对菊酯类抗性大多处于低抗和中抗水平,对氨基甲酸酯类抗性较为严重。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the Encephalitis B community in the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and provide evidence for the prevention and control of the mosquito species and disease prevention and control. Methods The larvae immersion method was used to determine the LC50 of common insecticides and its 95% confidence limit. The drug resistance was compared. Results All the five tested populations showed different degrees of resistance to deltamethrin, among them, the highest resistance was 9.05 times in Tongling area; only Ma’anshan and Chizhou populations showed low resistance to permethrin, and Chizhou population resistance multiple 4.4 times; the cypermethrin Tongling, Chizhou and Anqing were resistant, Anqing population was the highest, 19 times. The LC50 value of the malaria potential in Ma’anshan, Wuhu, Chizhou and Anqing was 134.7, 50.9, 107.6 and 256.2 times that of Tongling population, respectively, and showed high resistance to malaria. Conclusion Most Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae in the coastal areas of Yangtze River in Anhui Province have some degree of resistance to commonly used insecticides. Mostly, the resistance to pyrethrins is at low and medium level, and the resistance to carbamates is more serious.
