主动脉瓣二叶式畸形是常见的先天性心脏畸形,但其临床症状多不典型,早期不易发现,仅凭临床诊断常误诊为风湿性心脏瓣膜病等其他心脏病;应用超声心动图能迅速、准确地对主动脉瓣二叶式畸形做出诊断,而且能够发现其易并存主动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣关闭不全、升主动脉扩张、室间隔缺损等合并症。本文对近年来在我院就诊的36例先天性二叶式主动脉瓣畸形患者的的超声特点进行回顾性分析,现报告如
