湖北省寄生虫病防治研究所研制的Bti和BS-C3-41漂浮颗粒剂在现场对中华按蚊和致乏库蚊幼虫的效果进行了试验,结果显示Bti漂浮颗粒剂对稻田中的中华按蚊有较好的毒杀效果。剂量为0.45g/m2时,24小时中华按蚊幼虫密度下降率为86.6%~100%。持效达14~15天,BS-C3-41漂浮颗粒剂剂量为0.45g/m2~0.4g/m2,48小时致乏库幼虫密度下降率为90.4%~97.4%,持效达13~15天。Bti漂浮颗粒剂对非靶水生生物安全无毒。
