为了满足带耦合扰动的被动式加载系统的某些特殊要求,必须对电液伺服阀的功率级进行特殊设计。本文综述了几种伺服阀用于被动加载的利弊,对比了其结构和传递函数的差异。实验结果表明,采用新型的压力流量伺服阀(PQ阀)比用传统的伺服阀加载具有明显的优越性:多余力矩小,适应动态加载范围宽,边界加载条件(5~40N·m/deg)内系统频带均达到12Hz或更高。
In order to meet the special requirements of the passive loading system with coupling disturbance, the power stage of the electro-hydraulic servo valve must be specially designed. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of several servo valves for passive loading are reviewed, and their differences in structure and transfer function are compared. The experimental results show that the new type of pressure flow servo valve (PQ valve) has obvious advantages compared with the traditional servo valve load: the extra torque is small, the dynamic load range is wide, and the boundary loading condition (5 ~ 40N · m / deg) The internal system band reaches 12Hz or higher.
